The Woolpower Beanie Classic is a warm, soft merino hat built for cold days in the field and everyday wear alike. It is knitted in a double layer of Ullfrotté Original 400 with a rib structure that gives it both stretch and shape retention, so it grips without feeling tight. The blend is 70% merino wool to 30% polyamide: the wool carries the warmth and keeps working even when the hat is damp from snow or from a hard walk in, while the synthetic fibres stop it stretching out of shape over a season of use. The folded edge can be worn up for a shorter fit or pulled down over the ears when the wind gets up. It is a unisex one-size fit with plenty of give, weighs around 110g, and is knitted and made up in Woolpower's own factory in Östersund, Sweden, from mulesing-free merino. Machine washable at 40 degrees; do not tumble dry.
