The Lightforce Remote Swivel Base — Suction is a temporary-mount base system designed to hold a spotlight securely on any clean, smooth surface such as a vehicle roof, bonnet or boat deck. A swivel ball joint at the head gives fast, precise positioning: release the lever, swing the light to the required angle, then return the lever to the locked position. The suction cup attaches by swinging the cam lever into the tensioned position; for best grip, ensure the mounting surface and the rubber pad are clean and free of grit or grease — a little moisture on either surface improves adhesion. The rubber pad must be kept clean; wash with plenty of water and a clean sponge and never use solvent or cleaning fluid, which would degrade it. Compatible with any spotlight or lamp fitted with a 5/16 BSW thread, and an included adapter extends compatibility to lights using a 10mm bolt fixing. A practical choice for lamping, pest control and fieldwork where a permanent installation is not required.
