Abbey Predator 144a Gas is a low-pressure propellant designed for GBB airsoft guns with plastic slides and frames. Its reduced-pressure formula keeps muzzle velocity within skirmish site limits on hot summer days when higher-pressure gases would spike FPS and stress internal components unnecessarily. Unlike 134a gas — which is banned for airsoft use — 144a is an environmentally responsible alternative that delivers consistent, skirmishable performance from lightweight plastic-bodied pistols and rifles. The gas features a suspended lubricant that dissolves throughout the canister rather than pooling at the bottom like silicone, so your magazine's o-rings are continuously nourished regardless of orientation, maintaining a reliable air-seal and reducing the risk of o-ring failure mid-skirmish. The polymer fill nozzle protects fragile o-rings during refilling, particularly useful in colder conditions. Each 700ml bottle provides generous capacity for extended skirmish sessions. Not recommended for full-metal pistols, where a higher-pressure gas is required for reliable cycling.
