Gehmann's 528D22 is an adjustable foresight iris for Olympic-discipline target rifles, built around the maker's Double Cross design. Rotating the element switches the aiming reference between horizontal bars and a fine crosshair, giving the shooter a choice of aim point from a single iris rather than needing separate units for each style. It uses only one side of the foresight, with an adjustable aperture across a 5.5-7.5mm range so it can be set to suit the shooter's preferred sight picture and lighting conditions. A dedicated plastic tool is supplied for rotating the bars between the two aiming configurations, so the switch can be made quickly on the firing point. As with the rest of the Gehmann foresight iris range, it is built to fit the maker's standard foresight tunnel units, giving 10m air rifle, smallbore and 3-position shooters a genuine Gehmann option for fine-tuning their foresight picture without changing their whole foresight setup.
