This Bisley stirrup hand pump is a genuinely new design from Hillpumps of Sheffield, built to top up PCP air rifles and filling cylinders without a compressor or diving bottle. It's a deliberately "naked" pump — stripped of its own pressure gauge — so you read the fill pressure straight off the gauge already fitted to your air rifle or buddy bottle rather than trusting a second, potentially conflicting dial. That keeps the design simple and the price down, but it does put the responsibility on you: always check the safe working pressure stamped on the cylinder, or recommended by your airgun's manufacturer, and never exceed it while pumping. A foot stirrup at the base braces the pump against the ground so you can work the handle with a steady, controlled stroke rather than fighting the pump around the floor. For shooters filling in damp conditions or worried about moisture reaching the airgun's regulator or valve, the pump will also accept Hillpumps' own MK4 Dry Pack Kit (sold separately), which strips out up to 90% of the moisture in the air being pumped. A straightforward, no-frills way to keep a PCP air rifle charged in the field or at home.
