The Gehmann 581 is a precision spirit level built for target rifle shooters who need to check their hold is level, not canted, before every shot. It screws directly into an M18 threaded foresight tunnel and is locked in position with a threaded collar, tightened using the C-spanner supplied. The bubble itself is medium-to-slow in response and reads through twin reference markers, giving a clear, repeatable check at the firing point rather than a twitchy, hard-to-read indication. Because it is radially adjustable, the whole bubble assembly rotates on its own ratchet system, so you can set it to match whatever degree of cant you naturally shoot with, rather than being forced to a dead-level zero. A friction collar then holds that setting firmly without needing further tools, and the degrees are laser engraved around the body for quick reference.
