The Hard Yakka 3056 Lace Zip Safety Boot in Wheat pairs full lace-up fastening with a 10-gauge YKK coil side zip, so you can lace it once for fit and then just zip in and out for the rest of the working week. A wide-profile composite toe cap sits above a non-metallic Wellmax puncture-resistant plate, both compliant with EN ISO 20345:2011 and rated S1P FO HRO SRC, while a 300°C heat-resistant rubber outsole and shock-absorbing Phylon midsole are built for hard, unforgiving floors. Inside, a memory foam/PU footbed with ERP Pod comfort technology cushions every step, and a flexible neoprene 'hoodie' collar stops rubbing at the top of the boot. An AEGIS anti-microbial treatment keeps odour under control through a full shift, and the water-resistant leather upper is finished with an abrasion-resistant scuff cap. Hard Yakka has worked in some genuine sustainability credentials too: REPREVE lining spun from recycled plastic bottles, and a GRS-certified recycled toe bump and heel stabiliser.
