The Icon PR looks and weighs like a running shoe but is built as a full safety trainer, at just 530 grammes. A synthetic knit upper keeps it flexible and breathable, while a wide profile composite toe cap and a puncture-resistant plate provide the protection you'd expect from a heavier boot, without the bulk. The CME midsole is designed for energy rebound underfoot, sitting above a durable rubber outsole rated SRC for slip resistance on wet or oily floors. A memory foam and PU footbed with ERP Pod comfort technology cushions long shifts, and Beacon Mesh reflective detailing improves visibility in low light. The whole boot is metal-free, so it won't set off a metal detector. Certified to EN ISO 20345:2011 (S1 P E A FO HRO SRC), the Icon PR is aimed at warehousing and logistics, transport and general trade work, and suits light industrial, construction and general-purpose sites where a lighter, trainer-style safety shoe is preferred over a traditional boot.
