The Hawke Honeycomb Sunshade for 56mm objective lenses screws onto the front of a compatible Hawke riflescope to cut glare and reflection from the large front element. The 56mm objective is typically found on high-magnification riflescopes designed for low-light or long-range shooting, and even a brief reflection off that large glass surface can be enough to disturb game at close range. At just 9mm deep, this sunshade adds negligible length — far less intrusion than a traditional full-length tube — while the honeycomb cell pattern does the same job of eliminating objective flash and reducing flare from direct sunlight. It is a straightforward, field-practical accessory for any stalker or hunter running a Hawke scope with a 56mm objective. Compatible with Hawke riflescopes from the 2015 collection onwards. Not compatible with pre-2019 Frontier riflescopes, and Hawke metal flip-up lens covers cannot be fitted over it.
