The Full-Length Sizing Die restores cases to SAAMI minimum dimensions and incorporates Hornady's Elliptical Expander -- a proprietary design that sizes the case neck with less friction and reduced neck stretch compared to conventional ball expanders. The expander is paired with a hardened steel Headed Decap Pin on the Zip Spindle, which locks positively to prevent slippage and allows fine incremental adjustments via light thread engagement or rapid repositioning by hand. The internal die bore is precision-machined and polished for smooth, stick-free operation. The In-line Bullet Seating Die holds the bullet, case neck and seating stem in a floating alignment sleeve before the bullet enters the case mouth, delivering consistent seating depth and improved accuracy. A built-in roll-crimp facility removes the need for a separate crimp die. Both dies ship with Sure-Loc lock rings, which clamp around the entire die body for secure, repeatable settings.
