Nikko Stirling's Mountmaster 6x40 Half Mil Dot is a straightforward, no-nonsense fixed-power riflescope built for air rifles and .22 rimfires. The fixed 6x magnification and 40mm objective lens give a bright, steady sight picture without the bulk or cost of a variable-power scope, while the Half Mil Dot reticle offers simple, usable holdover and range-estimation reference points for rimfire and airgun ranges. An adjustable objective (AO) bell allows quick correction of focus and parallax error at varying distances, and the fully multi-coated lenses are shock-tested and dry-nitrogen purged at the factory, so the scope stays waterproof and fog-free in the field. The 1-inch matte black alloy body tube is finished to Nikko Stirling's usual standard, with adjustments in 1/4-inch increments for windage and elevation.
