The Vorn DLF Frame System is the load-bearing core of Vorn's modular DLS carrying system, built for stalking and hunting in demanding terrain. At its heart is a rigid, height-adjustable frame made from pultruded polyester and fibreglass rods covered in HD polyethylene, with injection-moulded Nylon 6 (30% fibreglass) fittings, wrapped in tough Cordura 500D fabric and weighing 1,130g. The frame measures 57cm high by 27cm wide, adjusts to fit users from 160-200cm tall in seconds, and is rated to carry loads of up to 50kg while staying compact enough to double as a day pack on its own. It comes fitted with its own padded, comfortable shoulder straps - attached directly to the frame for stability under heavy loads - and a heavy-duty MOLLE hip belt. Attachment points across the frame let you build the system out with Vorn's own DLS pouches, rifle covers and load nets, so the same frame can be configured for a light day's stalking or a full pack-out.
