The Vortex PRO Car Window Mount clamps securely to a vehicle door window, giving a fast, stable support for a spotting scope or binocular without setting up a full tripod — ideal for glassing ground from the vehicle before a stalk, watching a feed station, or scanning a hillside from a layby. Aluminium construction keeps the mount light yet strong, and it uses the same Arca-Swiss adapter as Vortex's current tripod range, so compatible optics clip straight on. A quick-release plate with a 1/4"-20 threaded screw is included for optics and cameras that don't already carry an Arca-Swiss foot. The large locking knob tightens and releases easily even in gloves, and a short pan/tilt handle lets you track a moving subject and hold the frame steady once you're on it. Rated to carry loads up to 5lb (2.27kg), it suits most spotting scopes, binoculars and lightweight cameras, and packs down small at 3.5 x 2.75in and 11.9oz.
