The Vortex Recce Pro HD 8x32 is a compact ranging monocular built for shooters and spotters who need to call distances quickly and reliably. Its HD optical system uses select glass elements to deliver sharp, high-resolution images with accurate colour and strong light transmission, backed by XR anti-reflective lens coatings for clarity in low light. The built-in ranging reticle uses MRAD-based subtensions with target silhouettes, letting you compare the reticle against objects of known size to estimate range on the move. At 8x magnification with a 32mm objective, it offers a 7.6° angular field of view (400ft at 1000 yards) and 14.5mm of eye relief, with close focus down to 5ft. Construction is argon-purged and O-ring sealed for fully waterproof, fogproof performance, with ArmorTek scratch-resistant lens coating and a rubber-armoured grip for secure handling in the field. Weighing around 11oz (312g) and just 6.18in long, it is light enough to carry all day, with an integrated utility clip for fast access on webbing, belt or pack strap.
