The Vortex Spitfire HD Gen II 5x Prism Scope is a fixed-magnification prism sight built for AR-platform rifles that need reach beyond close-quarters range without losing speed on target. Its HD optical system and fully multi-coated 25mm objective lens deliver sharp, high-contrast images with strong light transmission, while the etched-glass AR-BDC4 reticle stays visible even with the illumination switched off. The bright red reticle offers 12 brightness settings, including two night-vision-compatible steps, and provides holdovers out to 650 yards for the 5.56 cartridge, backed by 2.7in of eye relief and a 23.3ft field of view at 100 yards. Nitrogen-purged and O-ring sealed, the low-glare matte black anodised housing is built to shrug off recoil, rain and fogging across a wide temperature range. A Viper/Venom-footprint MRDS platform lets you stack a compatible red dot on top for genuine close-quarters speed alongside the 5x sight's reach.
