The Beretta Chamois Fixed Blade Knife is a purpose-built field knife designed for chamois hunting and mountain stalking. Produced in Italy in collaboration with Maserin — one of the country's most respected knife makers — it carries a 110mm blade of 440C stainless steel and an overall length of 230mm, giving it the reach for gralloch work without the bulk that makes a longer knife awkward on a hill approach. The handle pairs walnut wood with orange G10 fibreglass liners, a combination that holds firm in wet hands and stands up to the knocks of a rucksack. A lanyard hole lets you tether the knife on steep or exposed ground, and a traditional cow-leather sheath with a belt loop is included for carry.
