The Beretta Choke Brushes are a purpose-built cleaning kit for 12-gauge shotguns, targeting the two areas most prone to fouling after a shoot: choke tubes and gas cylinders. Plastic wad residue and carbon deposits accumulate in the choke tube threads and seating area after every outing; if left unchecked, this fouling makes chokes difficult to remove and can damage the threads over time, affecting pattern consistency and choke seating. The gas system on semi-automatic shotguns similarly collects powder residue that leads to cycling problems if neglected. Made in Italy from polypropylene in Beretta's own facilities, these brushes reach the tight internal surfaces that a standard bore brush or cleaning patch cannot access. They are sold as part of Beretta's official gun-care range and work alongside their barrel-cleaning rods, patches and gun oil for a thorough post-shoot maintenance routine.
