The Beretta Roan is a purpose-built fixed-blade hunting knife designed in collaboration with Italian cutler Coltellerie Maserin. At the heart of it is a 120 mm blade in AISI 440C stainless steel — a high-carbon grade that holds a working edge well and resists the corrosion that wet field conditions inevitably bring. The full, extended tang runs the length of the walnut handle, which is fitted with orange G10 liners for grip and a lanyard hole at the pommel. Overall length is 240 mm, making it a practical size for gralloching, skinning and general camp tasks without being unwieldy in the hand. A brown untreated cowhide leather sheath with a belt loop keeps the blade secure and to hand in the field. Made in Italy to Beretta's usual exacting standards, the Roan is a tidy all-round hunting knife for stalkers, gamekeepers and countryside workers who need a reliable, well-balanced blade that won't let them down.
