Bring your original FX Impact or Impact X up to MK II magazine specification with this genuine factory upgrade kit from FX Airguns. The kit swaps out the existing magazine retention plate on the receiver, allowing the rifle to accept the Side-Shot jumbo magazine format used on MK II models. Once fitted, the updated base plate is compatible with both the original standard FX Impact magazine and the larger-capacity Side-Shot magazines, giving you far more flexibility at the range or in the field. The included .25 calibre (6.35 mm) Side-Shot magazine holds 25 rounds, significantly cutting down on reloading time during extended sessions. Installation is straightforward and requires no specialist tools. Note: this kit is for original FX Impact and Impact X rifles only — the Impact X MK II already ships with this system in place and does not need the upgrade. A practical, factory-backed route to MK II magazine capability without replacing the whole rifle.
