The Grubs Snowline 8.5 is a serious cold-weather field boot built for those who spend long hours outdoors in the depths of winter. Its multi-layer INSU-FOAM ULTRA™ construction combines a moisture-wicking polyester fleece lining with a 3mm Highloft air-trap layer and a 5mm foam insulation layer to achieve a rated comfort range of -40°C to +10°C — far beyond what conventional neoprene wellingtons can manage. A 2mm natural rubber shell is vulcanised onto the foot and lower calf, creating a fully waterproof barrier without the bulk of a traditional wellington. The removable 6mm NITROCELL™ footbed uses a nitrogen bubble structure to add cushioning and insulate the sole of the foot from cold ground, while the VIBRAM® Multi-Sport outsole and DURALITE™ lightweight midsole deliver dependable grip and shock absorption on any terrain. HARD-TOE™ protection guards the toe box against knocks in the field. A stretch upper allows the calf to fit most leg widths.
