The Jackdaw Mid is a super-lightweight waterproof walking boot from Hi-Tec, recommended by The Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme for its comfort and support on the trail. It is built from a recycled softshell upper with supportive overlays that protect the foot from uneven ground and debris, while a Dri-Tec waterproof, breathable membrane keeps feet dry in wet conditions without trapping heat. Underfoot, a compression-moulded EVA midsole cushions each stride, and a traditional lace-up fastening gives a secure, locked-in fit that can be adjusted through the ankle.
