The Hi-Tec Storm Expedition Sport Boots in Navy/Orange are a lightweight, sport-styled walking boot built around a technical mesh upper with supportive overlays rather than the suede construction of Hi-Tec's Bandera range, giving a lower-weight, more athletic feel underfoot. The mesh is backed by Hi-Tec's Dri-Tec waterproof, breathable membrane, keeping feet dry over wet ground while the upper stays breathable on the climb. A ghillie lacing system with rustproof hardware gives a snug, secure fit, and the padded collar and tongue add comfort through the ankle. Abrasion-resistant heel and toe caps protect against rock and root, and a lightweight fork shank keeps the sole flexible while resisting twist on uneven ground. A removable moulded EVA footbed sits on an impact-absorbing CMEVA midsole for cushioning that lasts the walk, and the M-D Traction outsole is patterned to grip going both up and down a hill.
