The Leofoto BV-1R is a compact fluid video head designed for smooth, controlled panning and tilting — the kind of movement you want when tracking a moving animal through a spotting scope rather than jumping between fixed points. Machined from black anodised aircraft aluminium, it weighs just 433g yet supports up to 3kg of static load, comfortably taking a spotting scope or a lightweight camera body. Dual panorama plates give a full 360° of rotation and the head mounts on any tripod or levelling base with a 3/8" screw, so it drops straight onto BushWear's own LB-65 levelling base or a standard Leofoto tripod. A 60mm NP-60 Arca-Swiss quick release plate lets you pull the scope off quickly, and two built-in spirit levels make it easy to get level before you start glassing. The long control arm is wrapped in soft rubber foam for a comfortable, steady grip during extended tracking movements, tilts from +90° to -75°, and a large rotary knob adjusts the fluid damping so the drag feels right whether you're panning fast or holding dead still on a target.
