A water-repellent SoftShell outer wraps the hand, with a 5mm padded knuckle guarding against impact and Armortex® reinforcement across the thumb saddle and fingertips for durability. The Armortex® palm resists water and holds its grip in the wet, and a touchscreen-capable index finger means a phone or GPS can be used without removing the glove. An extended gauntlet cuff with an adjustable ladder-lock pull tab seals out wind and snow at the wrist, and a removable spring clip keeps the pair together between outings. Built for moderate cold rather than deep winter, it suits UK stalking, keepering and wildfowling days where wet weather is as much the enemy as the cold — wet hedgerows, driven days and hides where a soaked glove quickly turns into a cold one.
