The Mechanix FastFit Material4X work glove swaps a leather palm for Material4X synthetic leather, a material Mechanix rates with higher abrasion resistance and greater tear resistance than standard synthetic leather work gloves. It's built for jobs that mix rough handling with a need to keep hands ventilated, from fencing and vehicle work to general estate maintenance and kennel duties. A stretch-elastic cuff gives a snug, secure fit at the wrist with quick on-and-off between tasks, useful when gloves need to come off and go back on repeatedly through the day. Reinforced stitching at the thumb and index finger adds durability at the points that wear fastest, and a perforated back-of-hand panel adds ventilation so hands don't overheat during sustained work. The form-fitting TrekDry material across the back of the hand keeps things cool and comfortable too. Unlike the leather models in the range, Material4X is fully washable without the care leather needs, so it can go through repeated wash cycles and keep its shape. Runs small to XX-large.
