The Mechanix Wear SpeedKnit S2CC06 is the most heavily protected glove in the SpeedKnit coated-knit range, built for hands that meet blades, wire and sharp edges every working day. A 13-gauge machine-knit shell blending HPPE fibre with tungsten steel gives the glove ANSI/ISEA 105 A9 cut resistance and EN 388 4X42F certification, the highest cut rating Mechanix offer in this series, backed by ANSI Level 5 abrasion resistance for genuine day-to-day durability. The palm and fingers carry a water-based urethane coating that stays grippy in the wet as well as the dry, without the tackiness of a traditional latex dip, and it is touchscreen capable so a phone or handheld scanner can be used without stripping off. A compression cuff keeps the glove seated on the wrist and stops debris working its way in. Silicone-free, DMF-free and machine washable, it is a practical choice for fencing, wire work, blade handling and general estate jobs where a slip or a snag is a real risk.
