The Mechanix Wear SpeedKnit Thermal S4DP05 is a fully dipped winter work glove built for cold, wet outdoor jobs rather than fair-weather work. A 15-gauge knit nylon outer over a 10-gauge brushed acrylic liner provides genuine insulation, and the fingers and back of hand are fully nitrile-coated to keep the elements out during cold-weather work. The 360° shell meets EN 388 Level 3 and ANSI/ISEA 105 A2 cut resistance, so there is a useful margin of cut protection alongside the warmth. On the palm, a rugged, textured sandy-finish nitrile coating gives high abrasion resistance and dry grip performance, and stays touchscreen capable so a phone or handheld device can be used without removing a glove. Insulating compression cuffs seal the glove at the wrist against draughts. Machine washable, dryable and REACH compliant, it suits cold storage work, snow removal, fencing repairs, general maintenance and other outdoor jobs where an ordinary work glove leaves hands cold and stiff.
