The NocPix Lumi L19 is a pocket-sized handheld thermal imaging monocular built for spotting and observation by day or night. Weighing just 335g and small enough to slip into a jacket pocket, it uses a 384x288, 12-micron thermal sensor paired with a 19mm f/0.9 lens to gather more light than a standard lens, giving a bright, low-noise image even in fog, smog, rain or behind cover like long grass and branches. A NETD of 18mK or better and a 50Hz refresh rate keep the picture smooth and detailed, with 2-8x magnification and a detection range of up to 980m. The 1024x768 AMOLED display offers several colour palettes, including low-glare modes for extended use, and electronic image stabilisation helps keep the picture steady handheld. Power comes from two replaceable 18650 batteries, so a spent cell can be swapped out in the field rather than waiting on a recharge. Onboard 32GB storage, a built-in microphone and Wi-Fi app pairing let you capture and share stills and video, while an IP67 rating and a -20 to +50C operating range make it suited to use in the field across seasons.
