The Warne Maxima 603M is a 1-inch tactical scope ring in the Extra High height, at 0.95in, built for the Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail system and Weaver-style cross-slot bases. Like the rest of Warne's steel Tactical range, it's precision CNC-machined from sintered steel for strength and ductility under hard recoil. The vertically split, fixed-band rings clamp around the scope tube with a wide body for extra grip, and a square stainless-steel recoil control key in both the front and rear ring engages the base positively so the mount can't creep under recoil. Four T-15 Torx body screws hold each ring closed to a recommended 25in/lb. The Extra High height is there for scopes with a large objective bell, a bulky turret housing, or when extra clearance is needed over a thick receiver or bipod rail - all while keeping the sight picture as low as practical for a solid cheek weld. Finished in tough matte black to cut glare, the 603M is a durable, purpose-built option for mounting a 1-inch scope on a tactical or precision rifle.
