The Warne 14R7LM is a 30mm-tube version of Warne's quick-detach Maxima ring, machined to fit Ruger's own dovetail-cut receivers – the M77, Hawkeye and Super Redhawk – directly, with no separate scope base needed. The larger 30mm tube suits scopes built around the wider main tube favoured on many modern stalking and low-light optics. Warne's indexable lever system lets the scope be lifted off and refitted with return-to-zero guaranteed, so pulling the levers to remove the scope for cleaning, storage or transport doesn't cost you your zero. A Ruger-specific scalloped recoil key locks the ring into the receiver dovetail, and the rings are solid steel and vertically split for heavy-recoil use. This medium-height version suits an objective bell up to 52mm, so it fits a 30mm scope with a moderate front lens rather than the largest low-light optics. Four T-15 Torx socket-cap screws clamp the scope, torqued to a maximum of 25 in/lb, with the lever tightened by hand only, no tools needed. Made in the USA, with Warne's lifetime warranty.
