The Warne A645TW is a 45-degree Picatinny side mount adapter finished in durable black matte, machined from lightweight aluminium and weighing just 1oz. It bolts onto a Picatinny rail with no modification to the firearm, giving a 45-degree accessory platform for a back-up or offset red-dot sight, a flashlight or a laser, positioned clear of the shooter's main sight line down the bore. Four Mil-Spec 1913 cross slots accommodate most Picatinny-compatible accessories. Designed for flat-top ARs and other Picatinny-railed tactical rifles, it can be fitted to the top rail for a straightforward offset sight or mounted to a hand guard's side rail so a back-up sight co-witnesses with the optic on a Warne R.A.M.P. mount. Two cut-out sections in the body keep the A645's weight down without sacrificing rigidity, and the redesigned side rails carry a fourth cross slot for extra mounting options. A simple, well-made way to add a fast-acquisition offset sight or light to an AR-platform rifle.
