The V-Sharp XE (Xtreme Edge) is the worlds first adjustable, freehand, precision knife sharpener that sharpens your knife at a consistent angle every time. It uses two high quality, 325 grit natural diamond honing rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously. Ideal for Kitchen, Fillet, Hunting and most other flat-blade knives.
Please note: the V-Sharp XE is not intended to replace the V-Sharp Classic.
It was designed to be Xtremely lightwieght (only 229 grams) and versatile while out in the field or boat. It is completely waterproof and will not rust. Snap-in Rods make for quick angle & grit changes, just snap them out, choose the angle and snap back.
