The Smith's EdgeSport 8-Piece Field Dressing Kit is a purpose-built set for gralloching, caping and processing deer and other game once they're down. It brings together two lightweight gut hooks for careful hide opening, two razor-sharp capping knives with 400-series stainless steel blades for skinning and detail work, and a single-slot pre-set angle sharpener combining a coarse carbide stage with a fine ceramic stage to keep every edge working through a full day in the field. The sharpener's handle also carries a built-in whistle and fire starter, useful extras on a stalking or hunting trip away from the vehicle. Blades run to a 6" edge and 8.6" overall length, with non-slip TPE ergonomic handles that stay secure whether wet or gloved, and each is protected by its own breathable sheath with a tether-ready lanyard hole.
