The Hazard 4 PadManila is a leather sleeve built for an iPad or similarly sized tablet, trading Hazard 4's usual tactical nylon for a more refined, minimal look inspired by the classic manila envelope. The shell is a resilient, textured action-leather, lined inside with a plush, soft velour liner, and padded to 5mm (0.2in) on all sides to cushion the tablet in transit. Closure is by non-magnetic spring snap fasteners, with velour flip-tabs that keep the metal snaps away from the tablet's screen and casing. A long red cord doubles as a wrist loop or lanyard, wound off using the sleeve's own leather string-winders when not in use. The case is cut with a V-neck opening so the tablet slides in and out easily without having to fully unwrap it, and the leather is finished with a fine, deliberate stitch and embossed 3-D logos.
