BushWear's Superior Boot Wax is a leather care wax formulated to nourish, protect and recondition leather footwear, supplied in a handy 50ml tin. Leather boots and shoes look good and last well, but only if they're looked after — left untreated, leather dries out, cracks and loses the flexibility that keeps it comfortable to wear, and footwear takes more punishment than almost anything else in the kit bag. This wax feeds the leather and builds a protective layer against the elements, helping seams, welts and uppers stay supple through wet ground, mud and long days outdoors. Application is straightforward: work a small amount onto a clean cloth and rub it evenly into clean leather, paying particular attention to seams and joints, then apply two to three thin coats, letting each one dry before the next. Left to dry naturally, the wax leaves boots ready for their next outing.
