The Bolle Silium+ is a lightweight polycarbonate safety spectacle developed from the original Silium, keeping its ergonomic wraparound shape while cutting weight for comfortable extended wear. A non-slip adjustable nose bridge and highly flexible temples allow the frame to sit securely across a wide range of face shapes, and the wraparound lens gives good all-round peripheral vision. This version is fitted with Bolle's CSP lens, a contrast-enhancing tint designed to perform well as light conditions change, making it well suited to clay and target shooting where you move between bright sunlight and shaded or overcast spells. The CSP lens carries the same Platinum anti-scratch, anti-fog coating as the clear option, so vision stays sharp whatever the weather is doing. The lens is impact-rated, tested to withstand a 6mm, 0.86g ball travelling at 45 metres per second, and the glasses are certified to EN166. For shooters who want one pair of eye protection that copes with both overcast mornings and bright afternoons on the peg or the range, the CSP lens is the practical choice over a plain clear lens.
