The Skechers Work Relaxed Fit: Wascana – Benen WP Tactical is a 6-inch waterproof lace-up boot built for rugged use rather than technical safety protection. HydroGuard waterproofing keeps feet dry, and the smooth leather and Cordura mesh upper carries double-stitched reinforced overlays at the sides and heel for extra durability. Underneath sits a removable, full-length Memory Foam insole and a lightweight, flexible shock-absorbing midsole, with a slip-resistant, rugged lug-textured rubber outsole for grip on rough or wet ground. It carries an Electrical Hazard (EH) safe rating, tested to ASTM F2892-11. This is the soft-toe version of the boot — it has no protective toe cap (Skechers do sell a composite-toe Wascana boot under a different model name, but this is not that one). The Relaxed Fit last gives a roomier fit through the toe and forefoot, and the padded, tactical-cut collar and tongue add comfort at the ankle. Well suited to yard, kennel and general outdoor work where waterproofing and grip matter more than toe protection.
