The Pixfra Mile M60-B18 is a thermal imaging monocular built for stalking, pest control and wildlife observation in low light or complete darkness. At its core is a 640x512, 12micron uncooled sensor paired with an 18mm f1.0 lens, giving a detection range of up to 900m and a 24.0 x 19.4 degree field of view, with 1.06x magnification. The image is presented on a crisp 1280x960 viewfinder with adjustable dioptre control, so it can be set to suit the user's eyesight for fatigue-free viewing over long sessions. A built-in stadiametric rangefinder helps judge distance to a target, while fire detection and hot-spot tracking add extra versatility in the field. Four colour palettes - White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red and Alarm - suit changing conditions, and built-in Wi-Fi lets several phones view the feed at once via the Pixfra app. Stills and video record straight to a microSD card of up to 256GB. Weighing under 450g, IP67-rated and drop-tested to 2m, it runs from -20C to +50C and delivers up to 6 hours from its built-in battery, with MicroUSB/5VDC external power for extended sessions.
