Reloading Components & Gunsmithing Tools

This is a broad catch-all rather than a single category, so the quickest route is usually the specific page below. What actually sits here is three things: reloading components and measuring gear, snap caps, and bench tools.

      Reloading components and gear

Bullet heads across a wide spread of calibres - Hornady InterLock soft points and round nose, V-MAX varmint heads in .224, BTHP match heads - unprimed cases, Hornady Lock-N-Load headspace bushings, bullet comparators and OAL gauges with modified cases, One Shot case lube, the Frankford Arsenal Rotary Tumbler Lite, MTM Case-Gard ammo boxes and the Lee reloading manual.

      Snap caps

Beretta snap caps in 12 and 20 bore, and in rifle and pistol calibres from .223 Remington through .243, .308, .30-06, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm Rem Mag and .300 Win Mag. Useful for dry-firing practice, for easing mainsprings on a gun going into the cabinet, and for function checks. A snap cap is not a safety device - it does not make a gun safe and should never be treated as a substitute for checking the chamber.

      Bench tools

Gunsmithing screwdriver sets, including the Birchwood Casey 22-piece. Correctly ground hollow-ground bits are what stop you burring the screw slots on a decent gun; a household screwdriver will mark a stock screw the first time you use it.
