This RCBS Case Activated Linkage Kit converts the RCBS Uniflow Powder Measure (not included) for use on most four or five-station progressive presses, so handloaders running higher volumes can throw a powder charge as part of the press cycle rather than as a separate step. The charge is triggered by the case itself, and the system is fully adjustable to cope with all case length variations. It works with either the regular Measuring Screw or the optional Micrometer Adjustment Screw, depending on how you prefer to set and repeat your charges. Three powder bushings are supplied to cover most popular rifle and pistol calibres: a Small Rifle bushing for .22 through .270, a Large Rifle bushing for 7mm through .45, and a Pistol bushing for .32 through .45. The bushings are shaped to help eliminate powder spillage around the case mouth, which keeps the bench tidy and the charges consistent. For stalkers and shooters loading their own rifle ammunition in quantity, it is a straightforward way to bring an existing Uniflow into a progressive workflow.
