The four-leg design delivers noticeably more stability than a traditional bipod or tripod, and it's purpose-built for shooting from a standing position. With the leg extensions retracted, usable gun height sits between 135 cm and 150 cm; with the extensions fully deployed, it rises to between 155 cm and 175 cm. The variation within each range comes from how widely you splay the legs — open them out for a lower, more stable stance, or bring them in tighter for extra height.

When the day's done, the stick collapses to just 86 cm overall, making it easy to transport in a vehicle, stow with your kit, or carry between drives. Rubber feet grip securely on grass, mud, gravel, and stone, while the V-shaped top rest cradles rifles, shotguns, and cameras alike.

I so wanted to be impressed - but....

I have the 3 legged sticks which can be packed away by loosening the legs to reduce the length. These clip together and then you are pretty much stuck with length of the legs which are too short for a 6'2" fella unless you stoop to shoot. The two sections would benefit from a link string to stop them spreading too far while the 5th leg string thing is a bit of an after-thought. Yes, they are stable, Yes, it works. But don't be in a rush to set up for a fleeting opportunity. Compared to the three leg sticks I am disappointed for £80. They are stable, but don't get too excited when opening the package.
