The Sportsmatch HT082 is a two-piece, two-screw scope mount built for rifles with a 15mm integral dovetail, such as the CZ 527, Brno Model 1 and 2, and Fox. Precision CNC-machined in Sportsmatch's Bedfordshire workshop since the company's founding in 1972, it takes a standard 1" scope body tube and sits in the high profile, giving clearance for objective lenses up to 56mm on most rifles. Each ring uses a two-screw double clamp to grip the scope tube securely, while a removable arrestor pin locates positively in the dovetail to stop the mount creeping rearwards under recoil — the fault that first led Sportsmatch's founder to design his own mounts rather than rely on the imported alternatives of the day.
