The Decoy Buck Trophy Plate is a dark wood shield for mounting and displaying a roe buck's skull and antlers once the stalk is over and the trophy has been prepared. Cut from FSC-certified oak and finished in a dark tone, it measures roughly 20 x 12 cm, a size suited to a roe skull rather than the larger plates used for red or fallow. The cleaned and bleached skull is fixed to the face of the plate so the antlers sit proud, giving a tidy, traditional way to record a cull or a memorable beast from the hill.
