The Shooterking iHeat is a self-heating, lightweight outdoor vest designed to provide instant warmth and comfort when you need it.


The IHeat Vest can be activated via a conveniently located light-up push button on the upper chest area where wearers can choose from up to three pre-set temperatures 38℃, 46℃ and 52℃ all of which are carefully maintained via the vests built-in sensor for optimum performance.

For optimum performance and comfort Shooterking recommend purchasing a 5 Volt 2 Amp USB 10,000mAH Power Bank (Not Included) to power the vest where it conveniently sits within the vest interior, providing between 7 – 10 hours of power.

The IHeat Vest also contains a Shoottex membrane, which allows the garment to be 100% waterproof (10,000mm W/R: 5,000G/SQM/24hr) and windproof as well as highly breathable. A polyester shell & lining provides an increased water-resistance and added durability & longevity to the garment.

Using advanced internal carbon nanotubes, the vests heating panels are incredibly flexible & robust, meaning the vest can be folded and machine washed without damaging the vests performance (remove power bank before washing).

I have now tried this heated vest and it works very well. There is also an app that connects to it so the heat settings can be adjusted without stripping off your layers to get to the physical switch which is located on the top left breast area. The fit needs to be snug not loose to benefit from the heat. I had previously tried the Harkila version that had to be returned due to battery / connection problems, the app is not available in this country so you have to control the temperature by the switch. The ShooterKing iHeat is also much cheaper than the Harkila!

What a let down

Bought this brand as I have trousers, coats and smocks by them and rate them highly.
It was rather expensive, but the quality of the gear convinced me to pay the extra.
How disappointed am I, quality is as per usual great, well made.
However, the battery pocket is far too small for any normal power bank, even with the smallest available it hardly fits and closes, so the battery keeps dropping out.
The heat is good, BUT, just two very small areas heat up, on the lower back, not nearly good enough for the price.
I’ve since bought another brand at a third of the price that has 11 YES 11 heated panels including the neck, upper back, front…..
This one is going to be returned as very disappointed with it.

useful garment great price. seems well made. think about sizing (see below)

Bought this for sitting in a high seat as an answer to the problem of overheating on the trudge in to and back from the high seat and then freezing while sitting static. Bluetooth control means you can wear it over a thin base layer with additional layers/and or waterproofs over it, and still adjust heating level (via your phone) without undressing. I followed the sizing guide on this page so my 46" chest suggested XXL, but changed it for an XL (which to be fair, is the size ShooterKing recommend). thank you Bushwear for excellent and speedy returns/exchange service. I wear it over a thin long-sleeved base layer (merino/polyester mix). If you want to wear it over a pullover then use BushWear recommended size. Also seems to work best with cheapo power banks rather than intelligent fast charge models - which are too clever and turn off when the vest thermostat cuts in and then you loose the bluetooth connection. requires a USB A connection socket (standard old USB connection, not mini- or micro- or C) on the powerbank. Of course you can still open your jacket and reach in and control heat with button on left upper chest on vest if you're not using a phone. so far very pleased with it. works as it should and it's a good insulated (Primaloft!) vest in its own right, even without the electricity. will also be using it for hind stalking when stiff walking is punctuated with static periods e.g. lunch or sheltering from storms. can't comment on maximum duration of heating as I've yet to run out of power. Recommended!
