With the thermal adhesive pads from Professor Optiken you have the possibility to optimally adjust or calibrate your thermal imaging device. The handling is very simple - take the heat pad out of the package, peel off the foil from the adhesive surface on the back and stick it on a suitable target. Now you can make all the settings on your thermal imaging camera, such as adjusting the brightness, contrast or sharpness.
The heat pad reacts with the ambient air immediately after unpacking and heats up to about 40° Celsius within a very short time. This reaction lasts for about 60 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. The diameter of the adhesive surface is about 60 mm, the heat-active surface measures about 50 mm. The heat adhesive pads are packed double airtight. In addition, the outer packaging protects the pad from UV and sunlight with a special coating.
Application: Remove the heat pad from the packaging and remove the foil from the adhesive surface. Then stick the heat pad onto the respective target. Caution: The heat pad is activated by contact with the air. Please also follow the instructions on the back.
