The Bestard Travel is an urban mid-boot that carries the comfort, protection and build quality of a Bestard outdoor boot into everyday use, designed to cope with a wide range of weather and terrain. The upper is 2.0mm water-repellent nubuck leather, lined with GORE-TEX Extended Comfort to keep feet dry while remaining breathable. It's built on the Europa last with a Bestflex 1 super-flexible insole for a natural, easy stride from the first wear. The Vibram Best Travel sole - developed jointly by Bestard and Vibram - adds extra grip, stability, comfort and lightness, running over an EVA midsole for cushioning underfoot. At 900g a pair (UK 8), it's noticeably lighter than the Granada or Travel Soft while keeping the same rugged nubuck build. With its retro-sporty look and durable, technical construction, the Travel has become a genuine best-seller in Bestard's range - equally suited to city streets, travel days and countryside walks, wherever the day takes you.
