Birchwood Casey Blue and Rust Remover takes off rust and old blueing quickly and reliably without harming the base metal underneath. It is safe for stripping old finishes from firearms, muzzleloaders and antiques, and is equally good at clearing rust from tools, gauges and precision instruments. It will also remove a browned finish, and may lift paint, though not as effectively as a dedicated paint stripper. Getting rid of old blue and rust is a necessary step before any reblueing or browning work. 3 fl oz bottle.
