Brass Black Metal Finish from Birchwood Casey is a fast-acting liquid used by gunsmiths and industry to blacken or antique brass, copper and bronze. It is easy to apply and causes no dimensional change. Reloaders often use it to mark cartridge cases so that different loads can be identified, and it is just as handy for name plates, plaques, castings, sculptures and other home, workshop and hobby jobs. The colour varies with the alloy and can be highlighted if wanted. It is intended for yellow metals; it will work on firearm steel but results may not be satisfactory. 3 fl oz bottle.
