Birchwood Casey Coated Cleaning Rod 33in .270+ Female Thread
S32249
The Birchwood Casey Coated Cleaning Rod is a 33-inch one-piece rod for rifles in .270 calibre and larger, covering bores from 6.8 mm up to 11.63 mm. The single-piece design has no joints to flex or work loose mid-stroke, while the synthetic coating over the steel shaft keeps bare metal away from your rifling — a sensible precaution on a stalking rifle, where bore condition translates directly into accuracy. A free-floating handle lets the rod rotate with the rifling as you push patches and brushes through, rather than dragging across the lands. The female-threaded end accepts jags, brushes and mops, so it slots straight into the cleaning kit you already own. At 33 inches it gives full breech-to-muzzle reach on long-barrelled rifles, and it arrives in a reusable clear tube that keeps the rod straight, clean and protected between sessions. A simple, dependable rod for the gun room or the range bag, from a name shooters have trusted for decades.
