The nylon brush is the gentle option, safe to use on delicate blueing and engraving where a harder bristle would leave its mark. The bronze brush steps up for tough deposits — caked carbon around the bolt face, fouling in the action, the grime that builds up over a season of stalking trips and range sessions. And when something really won't shift, the stainless steel brush handles the toughest removal jobs. Work them with your usual solvent and they will get into the corners a cloth or patch can't reach — locking lugs, extractor claws, trigger groups and chequering. This is Birchwood Casey pack 41104, which replaces the earlier 41103 set.
